Gerald was born January 27, 1942 to Lester and Lilly Cecil in Kansas City, Missouri.
Mr. Cecil has been cremated under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel in St. Joseph. Inurnment at Leavenworth National Cemetery at a later date.
