Phyllis M. Heath

Phyllis M. Heath, 75, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, January 15, 2010, at her daughter’s home.

Phyllis was born February 13, 1934 to Virgil and Frances (Hayes) Nunn in Davis City, Iowa. She was a 1952 graduate of Lafayette High School.and was a member of Northwest Missouri Genealogical Society.

She married Richard “Dick” Heath in July 1958 at Wesley United
Methodist Church and he preceded her in death in 2006. She was also preceded in death by her parents;

Survivors include her son, David Heath and his wife Kerri, Rea, Missouri; daughters, Melanie Wertin and her husband Chris, Lawrence, Kansas; Gail Kramer and her husband Andy, Columbia, Missouri; brother, Pat Nunn and wife Laura Rose; five grandchildren, Joseph Taylor, Adam Wertin, Kyle Wertin, Eric Wertin, Senturie Heath and Rufus.

Services 1:30 p.m, Monday Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. Visitation will begin after 9am Monday at our chapel, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm Monday afternoon. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial contributions to a charity of the donor’s choice.
